What’s here on day one

Put the genie in the box — the first project, and the one everything else assumes. It gets an AI agent running on your own computer, logged in, able to read your files. If you only do one thing here, do that one.

The mark has a Z in it

Four strokes. The first belongs to the W; the last three are a Z lying on its side. Turn your head ninety degrees — either direction, since a Z reads the same upside down — and it’s just there.

That took a bit of arithmetic to make work. The Z’s width is the vertical’s length and its height is the horizontal step, which means W-aspect × Z-aspect = 2: a perfectly square Z forces a 2:1 wide W, and a compact W forces a squat Z. You cannot have both. Slanting the legs is the lever that buys back most of the W for very little Z, which is why the mark leans.

What’s not here yet

A stream schedule. It goes up when it’s real rather than when it would look good on a page — a published time that turns out to be wrong is worse than no time at all.
